May be used in ported boxes from 0.5 to 2.0 cu. ft.. May be used in sealed boxes of any size. (This is not highly recommended, but the driver will play without damage at up to 50 watts max / continuous.) May be used in open back boxes. Very efficient "Vintage-Plus" type driver with good power handling. Special edge treatment to greatly reduce cone cry. Great for lead guitar and some light-to-medium duty PA uses. For longest life at maximum power, we recommend a sharp high pass filter cutting in just below whatever tuning frequency you use in a ported box. In sealed boxes over 1 cu. ft. volume, and all open back boxes, use a high pass filter at 70 Hz or higher.

 

!!  Caution !!  This speaker can play extremely loud with very modest (10-20 watt) inputs. Hearing protection is advised.
