As most anyone who has ever installed a speaker in an automobile knows, the interior air space of the vehicle works to boost the bass output of a speaker, compared to what it would be if the speaker was sitting outside the vehicle. This is true whether the speaker is a small door or kick panel speaker, or a large subwoofer system. What the Super Bass enclosures do is to:

1. Maximize the subwoofer/enclosure output in a range where the speaker is capable of very high bass output, and:

2. Maximize the subwoofer(s) power handling in that same range, and:

3. Coordinate the above with the vehicle acoustics boost, so that these factors all work together for maximum effect, and:

4. Do all the above in a frequency range where there is a lot of low bass energy on many CD's.
