 Credence subwoofer performance curve

Home and car system.

With the 12RPSLD4 cast frame, radial roll woofer, in this system, some interesting things can be done:  As a home system, it would need some equalization, but rewards the effort with extended bass response down to 19 Hz!  As a car system, one can just let the vehicle interior space do the eq., and, well, you can see the results on the graph!!  This system can rattle your teeth at 20 Hz or even lower.  We don’t recommend a 3” I.D.  port at all on this one, and the 4” I.D. port would be 25 1/2” long so, again, be sure to allow for the port if it is internal to the cabinet.  You still should have a sharp High Pass filter for good power handling, but,  for this system, you can move the filter cutoff down to 17 Hz.
